Ingredients

• 2 oz light rum
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz blue curacao
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Instructions

• Add all the ingredients to a shaker withOUT ice
• Dry shake for 30 seconds
• Add ice and shake until chilled
• Double strain into a Collins glass
