🧊 Brunellle Frappé

This recipe comes from Laura Maddos, at Small Victory by way of Punch. It was inspired by the Brunelle from The Savory Cocktail Book.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz absinthe
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• Garnish: lemon wedge

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
• Shake until chilled
• Dump into a rocks glass and sizzle briefly
• Top with crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
