🥒 Cucumber Collins

Ingredients

• 2 oz seltzer
• 2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1/3 oz cucumber juice
• Garnish: cucumber wheel or lime wheel

Instructions

• Add seltzer to Collins glass
• Add the remaining ingredients to shaker with ice
• Short shake and double strain into the glass
• Garnish with cucumber or lime wheel
