- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Shake
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
Alternatives
- With orange juice, swap out lime with equal part orange juice and 1 teaspoon of 1% Lime Acid Adjuster
