Ingredients

• 2 oz rye, preferably Rittenhouse
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Garnish: orange half-wheel and brandied cherry on a cocktail pick

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake
• Add ice and shake until chilled
• Strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube
• Garnish with skewered orange half-wheel and brandied cherry
