Here I used cucumber juice instead of cucumber slices.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz tequila blanco
• 1/4 oz absinthe
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 2 cucumber slices
• Garnish: 1 cucumber slice

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Double strain into a coupe glass
• Garnish with a cucumber slice

Notes

I made this with 1/2 oz cucumber juice which I had lying around from other experiments.
