🫧 Lilac Gin Fizz

The Ramos Gin Fizz acts as the beginning template for this. Replace the simple syrup with lilac syrup and omit the orange flower water.

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1 oz lilac syrup
• 1 oz heavy cream
• 1 egg white
• 2 oz seltzer

Instructions

• Add 2 oz of seltzer to a Collins glass
• Add all other ingredients to a shaker
• Dry shake hard for 30 seconds (want to build a great foam)
• Add ice to shaker
• Shake until cold
• Double strain into Collins glass
• Top with seltzer very slowly to not disturb the white foam puck on top
