🪞 Smoke and Mirrors

Ingredients

• 4 mint leaves
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1oz Famous Grouse scotch
• 1/2 oz Laphroaig 10yr scotch
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• 2 dashes Pernod absinthe
• Garnish: 1 mint sprig

Instructions

• Add mint leaves and simple syrup to a your shaker and gently muddle
• Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake
• Double strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube
• Garnish with a mint sprig
