💘 The Pink Angel

This recipe I got from NYT Cooking

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Aperol
• 1/2 oz mezcal
• 3 oz sparkling wine
• 1 1/2 oz seltzer
• Garnish: lemon twist

Instructions

• Fill a wine glass with ice
• Add all ingredients in above order
• Dip a barspoon in once or twice gently to mix
• Garnish with a lemon twist
