🍸 Between the Sheets

Ingredients

• 1 oz cognac
• 1 oz orange liqueur
• 1 oz light rum
• 1/4 oz lemon juice
• Garnish: orange twist (its supposed to be flamed but I havent figured that out yet)

Instructions

• Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
• Double strain into a coupe.
• Garnish by wiping the orange twist over the rim and placing it in.

• I used H by Hine VSOP Cognac.
• I used Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao for the orange liqueur. But open to using something sweeter.
• I used Plantation 3 Stars White Rum for the rum.
