🫧 Sidecar Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz cognac
• 3/4 oz orange liqueur
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• seltzer
• Garnish: orange twist

Instructions

• Add cognac, orange ligueur, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker with and dry shake.
• Open, add ice, shake again.
• Strain into a Collins glass.
• Top with seltzer.
