☕️ Coffee Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Tawny Port
• 1 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 1 whole egg
• Garnish: nutmeg

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Dry shake for 10 seconds
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with a few grates of nutmeg
