Ingredients

• 1 oz Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon
• 3/4 oz Tawny Port
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 3/4 oz heavy cream
• 1 egg yolk
• Garnish: nutmeg

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Dry shake for 10 seconds
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with with a few grates nutmeg
