🍊 Grapefruit Collins

Ingredients

• 2 oz cold seltzer
• 2 oz Beefeater gin
• 1 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• Garnish: grapefruit half-wheel

Instructions

• Pour 2 oz of cold seltzer into a Collins glass
• Add rest of the ingredients to a shaker with ice
• Short shake
• Double strain into the collins glass
• Fill the glass with ice
• Garnish with a grapefruit half-wheel
