Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz Coco Lopez
• 3/4 oz orange juice
• 3/4 oz overproof Jamaican rum, preferably Smith & Cross
• 1/2 oz aged Guyanese rum, preferably El Dorado 15
• 1/4 oz overproof Demerara rum, preferably Lemon Hart 151
• Garnish with mint sprig, half orange wheel and grated nutmeg

Instructions

• Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
• Shake until chilled
• Strain into a tiki mug with crushed ice
• Garnish with a mint sprig, half orange wheel and grated nutmeg
