Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Plantation 3 Star White Rum
• 1/2 oz Smith & Cross Navy Strength Jamaican Rum
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 3/4 oz orange juice
• 1/4 oz blue curaçao - maybe even just a bar spoon
• Garnish with grated nutmeg

Instructions

Single Serving

• Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled
• Strain into a tiki mug with crushed ice

Batch

• Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
• Dilute with water/ice (exact amount to be determined)
